A Live, online group programme designed to introduce you to mindfulness & meditation practices. A great starting point for anyone who has never practiced mindfulness or any form of meditation before. This 4 week course will give you a fundamental understanding of mindfulness practices & will provide you with some essential techniques to achieve greater levels of calm & relaxation in your daily life.

With the changes that have occurred over the last few years to people`s work lives etc. it is acknowledged that more & more of our time is spent in front of screens…It is fully understandable then that for some people the idea of spending more time in front of a screen to have a Mindfulness class is not appealing at all…

It is for this reason that A Human Space strives to provide a suitable meditation space throughout the year, where “in-person” Mindfulness group course can be held.

Come & join in the next in-person group mindfulness and meditation program designed to awaken the consciousness………..Experience mindfulness and meditation practices within a cozy & comfortable space with others and learn teachings to uplift, relax and support your health and happiness. One-to-one personal Mindfulness coaching

Course 3: A uniquely designed one-to-one coaching programme, tailored specifically for your own needs & requirements.


This one-to-one personal online programme will immerse you in support, self care and peace. This is an invitation to be led into the peaceful and relaxing practices of mindfulness & meditation within your own individual space.

For those looking for a more in depth & bespoke experience, this programme is for you. Arranged at times & days that are most convenient for you, and with a flexibility that suits your own personal schedule, this course will give you the opportunity to take a deeper dive into the mindfulness & meditation practices, align yourself more closely with your desires and connect with all that is important to you.

Coaching time is booked in either 6 hour or 12 hour `blocks` & this time can be used in whatever manner suits your schedule (sessions will usually be 1 hr or 1.5 hrs long).

A Space for wellness - weekend group retreat

Course 4: A weekend in the welsh mountains to immerse yourself in the practice and peace of mindfulness.

A weekend of peaceful and relaxing mindfulness practice & experiences including the famous silent lake meditation walk, guided yoga Nidra, gentle yoga as well as led self reflection and journaling. There will be delicious vegetarian food, fresh air, open fires and friendly & calm company.
